One Body Performance was founded in Ocala in 2023 with a simple mission: to redefine what personal training should be. We believe exceptional coaching begins with understanding the individual, which is why every program is thoughtfully designed to meet you where you are and help you reach your highest potential.
Whether you’re an athlete striving for peak performance or an adult investing in lifelong health, our coaching is built on science, intention, and uncompromising quality.
Our team brings master’s-level education in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology together with a genuine passion for serving others. As followers of Christ, our faith shapes the way we lead. Not simply in what we believe, but in how we care for people. Every client is welcomed with respect, encouraged with purpose, and coached with excellence.
Since opening our doors, we’ve had the privilege of serving more than 200 athletes and adults. We’ve created a community where hard work is celebrated, relationships are genuine, and every person feels seen, valued, and encouraged.
Master’s-Level Coaches
As followers of Christ, our faith isn’t just a label. It’s the foundation of how we lead, serve, and care for the people who walk through our doors. You’ll feel the difference.
We’re building more than stronger bodies. We’re building a community where hard work is celebrated, relationships are genuine, and every person leaves better than when they walked in.
Elizabeth Corkern is the founder of One Body Performance and a lifelong Ocala native. Her passion for human performance began long before she became a coach. As a young athlete, she experienced firsthand the impact that intentional strength and conditioning can have, not only on athletic performance, but on confidence, discipline, and long-term health.
At just 18, Lizzie became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and began coaching at a local fitness facility. She later attended the University of South Florida, earning her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition while continuing to coach clients throughout college. During her time at USF, she interned with the university’s athletic department, working alongside coaches and athletes across nearly every sport.
Following graduation, Lizzie returned to Ocala to serve as Performance Director at a local training facility, coaching everyone from young athletes to elite competitors and older adults rebuilding strength after surgery. In the fall of 2021, God placed the vision for One Body Performance on her heart. What began as a leap of faith, coaching from her home gym and traveling for private sessions, quickly grew into something she never imagined, leading to the opening of the One Body Performance facility in April 2025.
Taylor Fosler is an Ocala native who grew up playing both soccer and volleyball. She earned a full athletic scholarship to play volleyball at the University of Tampa, where she helped lead the Spartans to two NCAA Division II National Championships, first in 2018 and again in 2021. In her final season, Taylor led all of NCAA Division II in hitting percentage (.474), earning recognition as the nation’s statistical champion.
One of the defining moments of Taylor’s life came when she suffered a season-ending ACL tear during her junior spring season. The two-year journey of surgeries and rehabilitation transformed her perspective, sparking a deep passion for strength and conditioning and a compassion for injured athletes facing similar obstacles. More importantly, it became a season where her faith in Jesus Christ grew stronger than ever.
Following graduation, Taylor accepted a full-time position as Athletic Development Coordinator, spending two years developing athletes of all ages. She later coached volleyball at IMG Academy before returning home to Ocala to join Coach Lizzie and the team at One Body Performance.
